1. About AutoAM
AutoAM ("we", "us", "our") operates auto-am.com, a marketplace for digital automotive assets including 3D print files, 3D scans, and tuning software. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Buying
All purchases are for digital files only. By completing a purchase you confirm you have read the product description and understand what you are downloading. Download links are provided immediately after payment and remain accessible through your account.
4. No Refunds
All sales are final. Because files are delivered digitally and immediately, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will assist.
5. Selling
Sellers may list digital files for sale on AutoAM. By listing a product you confirm that you own the rights to the file and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property. AutoAM takes a 10% commission on each sale. Payouts are processed through Stripe.
6. Prohibited Content
Sellers must not list files that are stolen, plagiarised, illegal, or copied from another creator without permission. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
AutoAM is a marketplace platform only. We do not manufacture, inspect, or test any files listed on the site. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or safety of any file purchased. Any physical parts produced from downloaded files are printed at your own risk. AutoAM accepts no liability for damage, injury, or loss arising from the use of files purchased on this platform.
8. Intellectual Property
Purchasing a file grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to use it unless the seller specifies otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload files purchased on AutoAM.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
